To-the-minute time tracking may cover a wide range of in-person or remote Services such as Patient visits, phone calls and meetings, counseling and classes, follow-ups and investigations, Billing and auditing, etc. Value added features also support optional mileage tracking, and both aggregate and individual Time and Activity Reporting.

With enrollment, the system triggers automated system notifications, and can generate class Rosters. Following class sessions, staff can take attendance to update student status (e.g., record no-shows and the need for make-up classes).
