Patient Portal
Patient portal, wherein authorized staff can trigger auto-send of (configurable) client invitation to validate their email address of record and use the portal. From there, clients can create a portal account, including credentials.
Portal is flexible, offering configurable appointment management – for example, filterable appointment views; cancellation allowed online, but only x hours in advance, etc.
Clients can fill and sign forms, as well as send and receive messages through the portal, e.g., to advise therapists of a scheduling conflict, or a need to reschedule.
