VHN Encounter Management supports a virtual waiting room for query and display of pending or previous Patient Encounters.
After Allergies Review and capture of Vitals, Medication History, Reported Problems, etc., clinical encounter management follows a simple workflow with fillable forms appropriate to the visit, e.g., Child Health Check, Pregnancy Test, TB Treatment, etc. Following the workflow, as needed, detail may include Family and Social History, Cognitive Function Assessment, Diagnosis with ICD-10 and/or SNOMED-CT coding, individual or an established set of Orders, Lab Results, E-Charts with signed Encounter Notes, Care Plans supporting Meaningful Use, Consent forms with electronic signatures, Patient Instructions and Patient Educational Resources.
