David Gersh

Executive Vice President

As Executive Vice President of Integrative, David is responsible for the company’s overall operations and overseeing the strategic direction of the company’s suite of Healthcare software products.
With 36 years of software vendor experience at a variety of businesses from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, his diverse career encompasses leadership roles in Software Development, Sales, Business Development, and Marketing serving a broad range of industries, including primarily Healthcare and the Public Sector. David believes that a values-centered corporate culture combined with a compelling vision are the foundation for building high-performing teams to best serve customers and drive sustainable growth.
He holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Boston College and an M.B.A. from Marylhurst College.

Patricia Dilley

Vice President, Operations & Professional Services

Pat is a results-driven, clinical MSN with over 30 years of experience as a professional services leader with a documented record of client success, strengthening operational efficiency, project delivery, and managing and growing a diverse, co-located enterprise team.

As Vice President of Operations, Pat is responsible for the day-to-day professional services and support operations, as well as defining and implementing strategy, structure, and processes. She leads with an open, respectful, collaborative and team-based approach. Pat believes that honesty, transparency and a commitment to doing what is best for the clients, customers, teammates and company leads to success and company growth.

She holds a Master of Science in Nursing and is certified in leadership and management.

Matthew Snead

Vice President, Research & Development

Matthew has nearly 15 years of experience in Information Technology, primarily in the Healthcare industry. For the past 10 years, he has been integral to the design, development, integration, implementation and support of Integrative EHR and Billing solutions.

As the Vice President of Research & Development, Matthew is responsible for all aspects of product development for the Integrative suite of Behavioral and Mental Health, Public Health, Revenue Cycle Management and ERP software products.

He joined the team in 2012, and advanced steadily from Developer to Team Lead, Solutions Architect, Manager and Director. Combining skills in technology,  business and customer support, he is well experienced in leading R&D in the delivery of quality solutions. Previously, Matthew worked for Microsoft Corporation.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Mary.

Therrion White

National Sales Executive

Therrion is responsible for sales of the CCP behavioral health solution and the VHN public health solution for the northern U.S. territory.

With over two decades of experience in healthcare selling EHR, Analytics, Revenue Cycle Management, and healthcare technology services to hospitals and provider organizations, Therrion went into sales because he genuinely likes to help people and working in healthcare has a direct impact on people who are the most vulnerable.

He provides clinical and industry expertise to behavioral and public health organizations with the goal of helping clients operate with more efficiency, automate workflows, increase cashflow, and create better patient outcomes for their patients.

He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Florida.
